Dahlia McGrath is an organized and creative thinker who serves Stroudwater consultants and clients through project management, analytics, and administrative support. Dahlia is deeply committed to providing client-centric services to underserved communities and ensuring that Stroudwater delivers those services efficiently and effectively. Drawn to Stroudwater’s focus on supporting Critical Access Hospitals and other rural providers, she joined the firm in 2023.
Previously, Dahlia was a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator at Bernstein Shur, a New England-based multi-service law firm with clients across the U.S. and worldwide. In that role, she supported the firm’s attorneys and practice groups with marketing operations initiatives and assisted in marketing, communications, and business development efforts, including overseeing the firm’s CRM, handling targeted client alerts, and supporting the RFP response process.
