Stroudwater Associates Board Chair, Eric Shell, was invited to the Rural Health Rising Podcast, a podcast from Hillsdale Hospital. Eric shared the value rural and community hospitals bring to their partner organizations, and how to use that value to leverage more relationships with increased returns. We also discuss why rural and community hospitals must become healthy, sustainable, and stable organizations to bring value and power to the table.
