Stroudwater is proud to have joined trading partner The Neenan Company in supporting St. Charles Prineville Hospital for this important facilities planning project. St. Charles Prineville, in Cook County, Oregon, is ready to open its new 2,000-square-foot health care center on Sept. 21, replacing Prineville’s 65-year-old Pioneer Memorial Hospital.
The new facility, designed by The Neenan Company with strategic and analytical support from Stroudwater, includes a primary-care center and critical-access hospital. The replacement facility is about 20 percent smaller than the previous, but through flexible design applications, should be capable of serving twice as many people as the old hospital. Directors Brian Haapala and John Downes led the Stroudwater team.
