Kathi Fortin is an accomplished healthcare administrator with a strong background in quality and patient safety, practice management, and process improvement. Her experience includes an academic medical center, home health, and federally qualified health centers where she developed, led, facilitated, and supported improvement projects as well as ongoing assessment of comprehensive performance improvement.
Kathi joined Stroudwater Associates in early 2023. Her areas of focus include Small Rural and Community Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP), Medicare Rural and Community Hospital Flexibility Program (Flex), project management, and performance improvement.
Kathi earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Southern Maine and her BS in Business Administration from Thomas College. Kathi is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
