As a consultant, Megan participates in Stroudwater’s Clinical/Quality and Provider Advisory Service Lines. With a passion for helping clients thrive, Megan works with Stroudwater’s team to assist healthcare organizations in optimizing their operations and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. Additionally, she supports healthcare organizations in developing compensation strategies to recruit and retain high-quality providers to rural America, while ensuring the strategy is aligned with industry regulations and best practices. She enjoys collaborating with the Stroudwater consulting team to identify gaps in strategy and operations and implement organizational change to support our clients’ success.
Before joining Stroudwater, Megan was a Senior Associate at the Health Care Transformation Task Force, a D.C.-based nonprofit consortium of payers, providers, purchasers, and patient advocacy organizations committed to transitioning away from fee-for-service towards value-based payment arrangements. In her prior role, she researched and analyzed value-based payment arrangements, collaborated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and worked alongside C-suite healthcare executives to implement alternative payment models.
Megan strives to be an active participant in the community and serves on the Patient Family Advisory Council at her local healthcare facility.
