On Thursday, December 7, our team hosted a webinar with the NRHA to outline how rural healthcare organizations can communicate their value proposition to existing and prospective partners.
During the webinar, we described key components of the rural value proposition such as:
- Defining the processes and structures that best optimize the rural value proposition
- Outlining the fundamental value drivers for rural hospitals and health systems that existing and prospective partners should understand to create win-win, sustainable partnerships, and affiliations
- Providing a framework to help rural hospitals and health systems engage with existing and prospective system partners so appropriate resources and investments in rural communities are realized
